Introduction

Technicians edit, update and solve the tickets. They are the helpdesk staff responsible for running day to day helpdesk operations.

Create Technicians

Technicians can be created by going to:

General Settings > Users > Select the User > Convert to Technician

Revoke Technician Role

Technicians can be revoked. To do so go to:

General Settings > Technicians > Select User > Revoke Technician.
