Installation Prerequisites
Following are the minimum system requirements and prerequisites for a smooth installation of TIKTING - Enterprise Service Management System.
Hardware Requirements
- 4vCPUs / 2 Core 64 Bit Processor
- 16GB RAM
- 200GB Disk Space
Software Requirements
- Microsoft Windows Server 2022 or later
- Microsoft IIS Server
- SSL Certificate
- Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or later
- ASP.NET Core 8.0 Runtime (v8 . * . *)
- Tikting Installation Package
Database Requirements
- PostgreSQL 17 (for Windows Server 2019 & 2022)
- PostgreSQL 18 (for Windows Server 2022 & 2025)
Network Requirements
If the databases are hosted on remote servers, the following ports must be open:
- Microsoft SQL Server: 1433 (default)
- PostgreSQL: 5432 (default)
- Report Manager: 3000 (default)
If custom ports have been configured, ensure the ports chosen by the client are open instead.
Access Requirements
- AnyDesk (for remote installation support)
- Domain User Service Account with IIS Administrator privileges
