Overview of overall Tickets and Open Requests can be filtered by Priority, Status, Level, Category, Department, Site and SLA.
Open and Unassigned Tickets and Open and SLA Violated Tickets have their separate graphs.
SLA Violations
SLA violations can be filtered by Technician, Priority, Level and Category.
Assigned Tickets
Assigned tickets can be filtered by Status, Priority and Level.
Daily Received Tickets
Daily received tickets can filtered by All Tickets and SLA Violated tickets.
Daily Closed Tickets
Daily closed tickets can be filtered by SLA Violated tickets and Non Violated tickets.
