Subcategory
Subcategories are applied on tickets to further segregate them inside categories according to the needs of helpdesk.
Add Subcategory
To add a Subcategory, go to:
General Settings > Subcategory
Add the subcategory of the category and press save.
Edit Subcategory
To edit Subcategory, go to:
General Settings > Subcategory
Edit the subcategory of the category and press save.
Update Subcategory in Ticket Details
To update / apply a Subcategory to a ticket go to the ticket. On the lower right hand above history you can update or apply the category first and then subcategory to the ticket.
A new window will popup from which you can change the subcategory.
