Calender

Administrators can use calender to mark holidays. Holidays marked in the Calender will be treated as an OFF day and all SLA’s will be calculated according to it.

To Access the calender please go to Configuration > Calender

Add Holidays

To add a holiday in the calendar, press add holiday button and enter the details of the holiday.

Delete a Holiday

You can also delete any holiday. Press the red cross mark on the holiday and confirm the pop-up dialog to confirm deleting the holiday.
