Status
Status of a ticket shows the current state of ticket.
Add Status
To add a Status go to:
Settings > General Settings > Status and click add Status button.
Edit Status
To edit a Status go to:
Settings > General Settings > Status
From the sites list press the pencil icon, go to next screen and press save when done.
Update Status in Ticket Details
To update / apply a status to a ticket go to the ticket. On the top bar next to create ticket button press the drop down and choose the status.
Update Status through inline editing on the main tickets page.
To update status through inline editing, on the main tickets page, go to the ticket which you want to change the status > double click > a drop down menu appears from which the status should be selected and then clicking outside of the row will save.
