Item
Item are applied on tickets to identify specific item from a list in which it falls in its respective subcategory and category.
Add Item
To add an Item, go to:
General Settings > Item
Add the item of the category and subcategory and press save.
Edit Item
To edit subcategory of a category, go to:
General Settings > Item
Edit the Item of the category > subcategory and press save.
Update Item in Ticket Details
To update / apply a Item to a ticket go to the ticket. On the lower right hand above history you can update or apply the category and subcategory first and then item to the ticket.
A new window will popup from which you can change the subcategory.
